Do you have a concern about a logging job?  Use this form to file a report and your   
complaint will be investigated.  Please include the county and location of the site, the
date    you witnessed the problem, a description of the problem, and the company or
logger’s name (if known).  You may optionally include any role you play in the job
(landowner, neighbor, etc.), a description of any interaction you’ve had with the logger,
and your name and contact information.
